Stress Awareness & Management Workshop
This one day workshop looks at the underlying causes of stress, how it manifests and stress management techniques. Each delegate completes a Stress Profile questionnaire to identify his/her personal levels of stress. This workshop could contribute towards CPD**.
Focussing The Mind To Win™
This two day workshop is ideal for helping create a positive mindset to achieving goals. During the 2 days, we look at barriers to success and to how to overcome them; creating a positive mindset; understanding the subconscious mind; Personal planning and goal setting. This workshop could contribute towards CPD**.
Personal Strategic Planning
This is a one day workshop looking at helping the individual maximise their skill-set and creating a personal agenda for success. Identifying personal strengths, learning styles and Time Management skills form a key part of this workshop. Whilst there is no pre-requiste for this workshop, attendance on the 'Focussing the Mind to Win™ workshop is highly recommended prior to attending the Personal Strategic Planning. This workshop could contribute towards CPD**.
Medical Qigong
Stage 1 - Practitioner Certificate in Medical Qigong. This course is suitable for anyone interested in Qigong and Complimentary Medicine as well as Martial Arts and Yoga practitioners. The course covers both theory and practical work over 72 hours of classroom teaching. Regular self practice will be required. (Approx 120 hours).
Pre-requistes - None
Duration - 8 months
Attendance requirements - 1 session per month in London W1 on a Sunday (09.30 to 16.30) plus 1 fortnightly Qigong class (10.30 to 11.15 - London W1, West London, or Kingston. Choice of days available).
Main Venue - 8-10 Harley Street, London W1.
Assessments - On-Going plus end of course exam.
Award - Certificate in Medical Qigong from 'The Harley St School of Medical Qigong'™
Stage 2 - Practitioner Diploma in Medical Qigong. This course is suitable for anyone who has completed the Certificate course and wishes to deepen their understanding and practice of Qigong. The course covers both theory and practical work at a deeper level and is spread over 72 hours of classroom teaching. Regular self practice will be required. (Approx 120 hours).

Award - Diploma in Medical Qigong from 'The Harley St School of Medical Qigong'™
Stage 3 - Teaching Diploma in Medical Qigong. This course is open to anyone who has completed the Practitioner Diploma in Medical Qigong. The course covers both deeper and more complex theory and practical aspects of Medical Qigong and involves a research study of the practitioners choice. 100 hours of classroom teaching, regular self practice - approx 180 hours, plus a 10,000 word dissertation is required.
Pre-requistes - Practitoners Diploma in Medical Qigong or equivalent
Duration - 12 months
Attendance requirements - 1 session per month in London W1 on a Sunday (09.30 to 16.30) plus 1 fortnightly Qigong class (10.30 to 11.15 - London W1, West London, or Kingston. Choice of days available).
Main Venue - 8-10 Harley Street, London W1.
Assessments - On-Going plus end of course exam and 10,000 word dissertation.
Award - Teaching Diploma in Medical Qigong from 'The Harley St School of Medical Qigong'™
This course could contribute towards CPD*.
Introduction to Oriental Medicine
This is a short course run over two weekends (4 classroom days in total) which gives an insight into the theory and application of Oriental Medicine principals. The content includes Yin/Yang theory; The 8 Principles; The 5 Elements; The Meridians and an overview of Pulse & Tongue diagnosis. The course is suitable for complete beginners as well as therapists of other disciplines and Martial Arts & Tai-Chi/Qigong practitioners. A certificate of attendance is awarded upon completion. This course could contribute towards CPD**.
